Refund policy

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from the Company and its affiliates.


Returns and Exchanges

PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PACKAGE AND CHECK YOUR ARTICLE THOROUGHLY IN THAT VIDEO, FOR ANY EXCHANGE AND RETURN DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCT, THE UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE MANDATORY.

 

  • We offer 4 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 4 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  • For Return orders, share your order id on our Whatsapp Number 9310348860 along with the picture of the product.
  • Products will be considered for  return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or spoiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform Our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
  • A product returned to us as per these terms will only be eligible for credit note which can be used in your next order
  • Refunds in terms of credit note shall be processed in 3-5 business days.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • In case of any return , the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
  • For exchange in size and style of the product we charge 250 Rs/-  extra which is payable at the time of dispatch of the product.
  • If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund will not be possible.
  • A forward shipping charge of Rs 150 would be deducted from your credit coupon in case of returns.

Cancellation
    
To cancel, return  an item, the Customer must WhatsApp us @9310348860 which remains open from 11:00 to 6:00 from Monday to Saturday along with unboxing video. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
